Hi Thora,

A good friend of mine had a book about this very
subject.  I don't know what it was titled or who the
author was but I jotted down a number of things in the
amounts he suggests we need to be healthy as opposed
to the RDA which is what we need to keep from being
sick.  I just ran across the list last week as I was
straightening up (no small chore).  When I get home I
will pull it out and try and get it posted in a day or
so.
