I think your choice of potassium as an example might not have been the best choice -- reason, although the amount of potassium listed might state 100mg per cap. tab. etc, the ingredients lable will show a lower amount of "elemental" potassium and I'll be damned if I can find out why this is done, or why the decision was made to limit pot. to that amount.
