1 gram of salt is 1/6 of a teaspoon. (From first section of message below.) So, in an entire day, that would only be 2 teaspoons, divided into 12 even amounts.
2500 mg of salt is less than 1/2 teaspoon full. (From second section of message below.) That really isn't that much. If the salt and the vitamin C need to be taken at the same time, maybe you could just add the salt to a tomato slice or something, then just pop the tomato in your mouth, and immediately follow up with the vitamin C.
