When using the neubilizer, how much do you put in the little cup and for how
long? And if using it as a nasal irrigator do I mix it with water and for
how long?
I had always heard about the good flora in the stomach, some people drink
Kefir to kedp the good bacteria in, I might be wrong though.
Also, can you take it by mouth? Or that would not help the nasal
congestion?

Yep, works great. Nebulize it and it will do the job, or just turn the
head
back and irrigate the nasal passages.

Check the archives, and several of the people here will make and sell them
to
you.

There are no good bacteria in your stomach. The stomach should be sterile,
and
if not, then the bacteria must be bad. Good bacteria live in the colon,
and
most CS does not make it to the colon, and that which does is ineffective
unless
the contents are liquid, in which case you would want it to clean up the
pathogens causing the dysentary.
