I have posted this before but probably before your membership. I have a daughter who has always been bothered with severe sinus infections. About 5/6 years ago at the time that several people,in England had a respiratory infection that was fatal in a few hours unless treated. A lady in Pittsburgh thought she night be getting it so went to the Dr. It turned out to be the bad stuff but they caught it in time. Joan lives in Philly. A few days later she had symptoms similar to the lady in Pittsburgh, She rushed to the Dr. It turned out to be a false alarm but his knowing of her sinus history told her she did have a sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic. She later claimed she was unaware of it. (he may have been overdue on the rent) Normally she would have not even bothered getting it filled under this circumstance but did so anyway. Two days later they had to rush her to the hospital. The head surgeon happened to be on duty. When he opened her up it turned out she had Pseudo Menbro Colitis(sp), It is another one that is usually fatal unless caught early. This surgeon had only had 2 cases of it previously and had lost both. It turn out that it is only caused by antibiotics. Last fall she had another bad sinus problem. She finally took my advise and got a cheap atomizer and sprayed some of my home made CS in her nostrils. The condition cleared up in a few hours and hasn't come back. Walgreen's has an ultrasonic humidifier that makes a mist of CS that works wonders also. R. Harris posted a formula for this application. It would pay you to look into it. Bob Smith
