Hello John,

I was just on my way to bed when I noticed your plea. I've been battling an
all-out war against systemic Candida infection for the last two years, having
unknowingly had it for about 15 years, according to one alternative doctor in
Canada.
I can tell you what has and what is working for me. First of all, wen washing
your nephew's clothing and bedding add as much CS to the final rinse as
possible. Fill the reservoir to the absolute top and perhaps even add more as
water is flowing through it. Washing at high temperatures will not kill the
yeast but the CS will.

Living quarters have to be kept spotlessly clean and kept as dry as possible.
Do not leave any kind of food out in the open for any length of time. Try to
have your nephew shower using an anti-dandruff shampoo (Head and Shoulders if
you can get it) on his/her whole body. Preferrably the one containing selenium
(which kills yeasts). If bathing, add two cups of baking soda to the water and
stay in it till bored to death. Use towels and washcloths only once, then
launder.Ditto for clothing.

Do not eat or drink anything containing sugar or yeast. You will have to make
your own bread (as pancakes), using non-glutonous ingredients. I use 3 cups
whole-grain buckwheat flour, 1 cup chickpea flour, ½ cup virgin olive oil, 2
heaping teaspoons cream of tartar baking powder and enough water to make a
"pouring" consistency of honey.

For internal use, nebulizing CS would probably be your best bet. There's lots
of info in the archives for this. I personally am not nebulizing at this time.
I take 40 ml of CS, add 10 drops of a 35% solution of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide)
and let it sit for about 15 minutes. This amounts to about 2 comfortable
mouth-fulls. I take the first mouthfull and swish it around my mouth anywhere
from 15-30 minutes. I then take a 15 minute break and do the same with the
remaing amount.

For topical use I take 15 ml CS and add 5 drops of 35% H2O2. To this I add 10
drops of Tea Trea Oil or 5 drops of pure (not mixed with olive oil) Oregano oil
(Now Foods on the internet is a good reasonably priced supplier) and to this I
add Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe & Naturals. About as much as the toothpaste
you would put on your toothbrush. After a couple of hours I remove this with
Tea Tree Oil bar soap.

What I also do, but is rather messy, is spray heavily the CS/H2O2 solution on a
suspect area. After a short time, a whitish cream-like looking substance will
begin oozing out of the skin. It's a very strange phenomena to witness. This
should be done in the bathroom where you have access to lots of toilet paper
you will use to wipe the "gunk" off. Repeat the process untill the white oozing
ceases. If bearable, repeat this about every 3 hours.

Well John, it's almost 6:00 AM here in the Netherlands. I can't keep my eyes
open any longer so I will close for now. You can email me personally at
[email protected] for more info/support if you like. Good night. Or should I
say good morning?

All the best,
Jan Stoeten, the Netherlands
