Hi Sharon, Good question--MSM & DMSO are Kissin' cousins and many use them interchangably (evary living body cell contains MSM naturally). I would feel that omitting the MSM wouldn't change things very much. How effective did you find it on your son? Did you notice any untoward effects?
No, only toward effects. Just kidding. So far nothing bad.
I believe that you'd find it okay to leave the solution in the nebulizer with NO downside; however, once, my Neb failed to switch on--I took it apart, reversed the filter, rinsed the thin metal plate under a faucet and upon reassembling it & switching it on, it resumed working like a charm. What is the WPUH?
