Hey Duncan-

I think you may have misread what I may have mis-said:)

I'm not at all saying that degeneration cannot be reversed; indeed as I
stated, I have regained almost one inch in height in the past 15-16 months.
If that's not reversal then I don't know what is. That is not new height- it
is a regaining of previous height that had been lost due to spinal
deterioration. I had lost 1-1/4".

I don't know exactly when this happened or exactly when in that period of
time the majority of that increase came along. I measured my height in
February '03 and again in early June '04.

I have also had an enormous regeneration of strength and muscle mass, thanks
in no small part to listening to you about Whey Protein. That stuff is
Dynamite! I now take it 2-4 times a day.

I don't think we are in disagreement on this issue at all due to your last
statement: "and in some degenerative diseases, stop the autoimmune process".

(From here on I will use the term *I think* to indicate my opinion, which
strong though it may be, is unprovable by me, and I am no medical
professional of any sort, just a guy who brought myself back from the brink
with a lot of help from God and internet friends.)

That- stopping the process- is where I am coming from. In my case, *I think*
I was so far along, so bad off, that I was past nutritional efforts, at
least in that condition I was in prior to late '01-early '02, which is when
I built my first Godzilla and Beck-type units.

A short telling of a small part of my story is in order for the sake of
illumination. A myelogram in Summer '01, iodine dye in the spine, caused a
flood of pathogens to my skin, evidently from my spine, as predicted by Bob
Beck with his theories of a magnetic pulser. I think the iodine essentially
caused the same thing that his pulser should do, except it happened in a
rapid traumatic manner. This may have been hastened even more by my then
on-going ingestion of 16 ounces of CS a day, which was already forcing skin
eruptions of a strange nature.

I got real busy building the Godzilla & Beck units, following the lead of
"baby grand", back before the MEGK group. I was his first disciple on the
internet. While blundering through all that, I intentionally kept up the
pressure on my pathogens by keeping my CS and Iodine levels high. I feared
that if I did not, the beasties would return to my spine. It took months,
but I eventually got it right. I killed it all off.

There's the only place we differ- you use the term "stop the autoimmune
process"; I use term "kill the bugs". *I think* there is probably no such
thing as autoimmune problems; *I think* it will all be explained some day in
terms of nanobacteria or virii that we have no present knowledge of.

BTW about MSM ( to others interested)- prior to the experience above, I was
taking 40 grams- yes FORTY GRAMS- daily of MSM to control all my bodily
pain. After spring '03 I needed it only occasionally for overexertion and
now take very little because it may not be beneficial in tandem with
something else I now take.

In conclusion *I think* that the Beck protocol is one of the most wonderful
things we have been given in many years and that it will "kill" many
degenerative diseases if done like Bob Beck said to do- long term. I do most
definitely agree that many of the effects of degeneration can be reversed.

Hi DaddyBob,

I've reversed degenerative diseases in several people including joint
and bone degeneration, so I know for a fact it can be done. In
addition to supplying the necessary minerals and vitamins in the
right form, plus detoxifying and attending to pH, a person needs to
attend to HGH levels, and in some degenerative diseases, stop the
autoimmune process.

Like you say, using MSM might help but I've never used it.

I do use undenatured whey, and specific amino acids (not Vickery's
BCAAs), to increase HGH.

Duncan Crow
