I really know nothing of nebulizers. I have one that I got from Bruce Marx
before he stopped selling them. I got it for those folks who just can't
believe that an 8 buck airbrush produces a finer aerosol than an expensive
medical device.

I do not know if you can still buy them on the net.

I have researched with respiratory therapists and they say "Proneb" is a
good brand. The one I have, and I presume that Bruce would pick a good one,
not just based on his profit margin is:

Brand: Medline

Mod. Spot Mist.

If you can find the data---and I doubt you can--- I would think droplet size
(smaller is better) would be best. After that, it is a matter of how easy
to clean and how durable with handling and use.

Evening JOH,

You make some interesting points.

2. Regardless of treating the ENT and lungs directly, nebulizing has the
>capability of getting blood levels of silver in the entire body up to
>those attainable via the IV route,

I actually have a unit at the moment, but I don't like it and it is not
mine. Seems I should select and purchase a unit.

Many of the units I have found are prescription only. This must be in
the same class with the lowly oxygen bottle.

Prices range from under $ 50.00 to several hundred.

Could you suggest a few features we should have in the unit we select.

It appears one could build the complete unit from scratch if he
understands pressure, flow rates, valves, tubes, regulators, and a few
other things.

Of course I don't want to spend a week making something I could purchase
for a hundred or so.

I have used an air brush long ago painting fishing lures. ( the genuine
hand carved balsa wood type )

I tried to find a few technical specs but failed.

   Wayne
