ULTRASONIC MIST MAKER COLOR LED LIGHTS WATER FOUNTAIN 

I bought one off ebay for $15 with shipping, dropped it into a jar of CS.
 It does make a very fine mist that can be sucked out of the jar with a big
fat straw.
 No coughing! [for me anyhow]
 It throws some water into the air too, but that's easily avoided.
