Vit B 12 is generally taken by injection, or sub-lingual. I have never used either method. What I have been doing is mixing sublingual B12 with Folic Acid in DMSO and applying that a few days each month since the liver stores the two vitamins. Some use this method for multi vitamins as well, gets around the taste or sensitive stomach issue.
