  Thanks for  the  nice  compliment,  Jonathan.  Actuallly,  you could
  probably achieve  significant  results  by  tossing  a  few Canadian
  Silver dollars  in the wash. Their weight would  crush  any bacteria
  that happened  to  get in the way, and it  would  help  the Canadian
  economy:)

  I did  a quick check and found a few entries  on  resublimation that
  might be  of  interest. Here's one on a paper by  Isaac  Asimov that
  describes "The Endochronic Properties of Resublimated Thiotimoline":
