Susie: Would it help to "also" boost his system with vitamins like maybe PetTabs and a healthy dog food? I switched my golden retriever to Natural Choice, lamb and rice, and the improvement in skin and fur results were amazing!!! This brand was recommended to me by 3 top pet store managers .... and they were the ones who informed me about fillers, sprays, lack of quality control and by-products that "other" top brands use. I was shocked!!!!!!
Prior to that she was on other brands .. and quite frankly I'd never change. Also, chicken by-products and corn and corn meal are difficult for dogs to digest, if at all. Use the below link for excellent information.......you will get quite an education !!!!!! http://abclocal.go.com/wjrt/news/051004_CO_r2_pet_food.html Best wishes to your beloved fury friend....
