It took me a while to realise the answer here. It is simple, really.
These are all people without a real hobby.

A decent toothbrush, some CS+H202 and what more could they possibly want?
On a serious note:
( Most Big C Sufferers on the "Do-it-or-Die" Cancervivor program stop
using toothpaste at once and use a warm raw salt solution and a good brush
to start and never bother with anything else again)
