Hi there,
If it is for nervousness - forget it. Look into the specialised music
areas like "heart music" as it is called or Oriental Court music. The
Chinese were using "mood music" thousands of years ago and today there are
lots of "westernised" versions sold for Tai Chi exercise aids.
The original "white noise" experiments were based on a wacky idea of pain
attenuation when loud noses were used to deaden the sounds of approaching
agony via dentist's drills!
