You can buy a nebulizer on ebay. I bought mine for about $40. My 7yr old was diagnosed with asthmatic/allergy related tendencies. They had him on 2 different inhalers. He was sick alot through the previous school year. I started him nebulizing CS several times a day when the coughing started and after 24 hours most of the coughing had subsided. He was only sick once last year. What a big difference.
