I take CS every day. Only nebulize when there is a bug around or my lungs are mucousy from allergies. I do not take DMSO orally very often, as my family finds the odor quite objectionable.:( But last fall when I was still getting over the Fujian Flu and had just started CS I did use DMSO and CS mixed together orally to great effect.
