Soy in general is terrible for most people, unless it's very small amounts of
fermented organic soy (if you don't have systemic candida and can tolerated
fermented foods).

I don't know how long you need to cook it to get rid of the thyroid-destroying
properties. Everyone needs to gravitate toward their own optimal diet; what's
good for me might not be good for you.
