Nonsense. I can assure you that if you continue to consume meat, sausage,
bacon and other foods high in saturated fat, cholesterol, uric acid,
testosterone, antibiotics, and many other nasty things you won't live very
long. Whole grains are an excellent and clean source of vitamins, minerals,
enzymes, and proteins, especially the organic variety. They can be consumed
whole (cooked), sprouted (raw) or fermented (miso, natto, rejuvelac etc.).
Some animal food may be necessary for some folks, but bacon, eggs, and sausage
are terrible choices. Try feeding a cancer patient these foods and see how
long they survive.
