Why does one need a presciption for a nebulizer and do all nebulizers 
require a presciption?  Does it come with medication of some sort?

Why would any one go through the trouble to use a compressor for a 
Nebulizer when for $52.48 you can buy a great nebulizer
I have had mine for several years, it works great
