The problem with most people, is that because of all the crap we ingest and fast food that people eat. ( lacking in fresh fruits and veggies )they end up using the stomach digestive enzymes to digest the food and not the "foods" digestive enzyme. This over time causes a depletion of enzymes for proper digestion. Natural food has plenty so the stomach doesn't have to use up it's resource. Most people don't even know this nor are they even aware this is occurring. When u start running out of digestive enzymes u don't have much left to get rid of pathogens, let alone digest food properly. With the current food industry, this is almost guaranteed to be happening as I write this, with most people. Cooked food creates the conditions for all this to occur. Tell me how many people u can count on your hands that eat like Jack Lelaine? I certainly can't..Approx 80% of Americans are obese. And say approx 40 are on prescription meds, to be conservative. You tell me this is ideal conditions to say digestive enzymes will rid the body of most pathogens..hmmmmm...and almost everybody is included in this situation, even me. Because at one time or another we were all there or still are. The "ideal" conditions for the body to run at optimal level isn't even close by any standards. Organic food RAW, super food supplementation, juicing, and cutting all crap out of ones diet, including meat products might just support your statement.Oh and no pollution.. All conditions being "ideal." With that being said. We are now faced with a whole new set of circumstances which our bodies must adapt too.

Pylori infections in the stomach. So the stomach doesn't get all of them all the time in all people. In addition to acids the (protein?) digesting enzymes must get rid of a lot of the "pathogens" we ingest. Again, not likely all of them. It does seem to me from my reading that the bacteria, yeasts, fungi, and viruses we consider pathogens are a lot tougher than the probiotic spp people take deliberately, which is why I drink a large glass of CS when it becomes obvious that I have eaten something that is causing GI distress. -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
