A warning about zinc in the form of Zicam, which is supposedly a homeopathic
zinc formula to stop symptoms of cold or flu. There are many warnings and
lots of class action suits due to loss of smell (which then affects taste).
That alone should make you think twice about taking it. I used it and it
burned my nasal passages.
