List,
I have just realized the same experience. At the approaching winter months, I 
dreaded them. My shins would itch so bad after showers or tub baths tha I 
could hardly stand it.
I just realized from last year and now this year I don't have that problem 
now!
Wow! And I only injest 4 to 6 oz a day of 5-10 PPM CS per day.
