For the record, you may have meant "GERMAN SILVER" instead of Mexican. All the Mexican silver I have ever seen or handled is good! Much of it is marked 'TAXCO' which is a city in Mexico where silver production began in the 1500/1600's. Further, the addition of nickel metal to harden the alloy may be the source of the allergic reaction.
