The next question is: Which dairy products? Commercial
cows milk that is full of steroids and antibiotics,
from unhealthy cows that are fed mostly commercial
grain (genetically-modified corn) sprayed with highly
toxic pesticides and herbicides? Commercial cows milk
that has been cooked and 'homogenized' until it
resembles liquid plastic?
Humans have been drinking fresh goat and cows milk for
many centuries without cataracts occuring (or cancer
or heart disease), but it was from animals that were
allowed to run around in the sunshine and eat what
they were designed to eat (lots of green forage),
drinking fresh stream water devoid of pollutants.
You cannot compare the two.
