I found Mark Metcalf's correspondence with Rosemary Jacobs and his deconstruction of her "story" very interesting to read.
Equally interesting is this link to his products:
http://www.flowerpowergenerator.com/mainstore.html
Rather astounding prices for what you get with his generators, huh? I also distrust his saying that you can make colloidal gold with a 3 nines unit. His prices for silver wire also seem extremely high, and it is only 14 guage, too.

And in his getting started section he says:

"The Bathtub" "However, be sure that both positive and negative electrodes are the same length. If the negative is shorter than the positive, for example, it will slow down the rate at which the silver ions are pulled into solution as if the positive electrode was also shorter."

Anybody know if this is accurate? I seem to remember some threads on experimental electrodes some time ago, in which the positive electrodes used were much longer (and sometimes were W shaped, etc) than the negative, and don't remember anybody saying anything about this.

TIA,
sol
