As someone just mentioned, unflavored gelatin stirred
into a glass of water or juice (tastier) once per day
will usually solve split nails. The addition of other
items like silica and Concentrace is good.

Gelatin is a good source of a neutral pH calcium
called calcium gluconate, very easy to assimilate. In
fact, your body can use up 1,000 mg/hour of it. Very
good calcium for infants, the sick and the elderly.

By-the-way, for you folks in Canada who want to
purchase Concentrace but can't find it (many HF stores
don't carry it), I am the only private individual in
Canada who is permitted to buy it wholesale from the
company. It is very economical ($10/month) and very
effective. You should contact the HF stores near you
before contacting me.
