Hi Trem,
When I went to Walgreen’s in Lynnwood, WA, they did have personal
“humidifiers” which happen to be ultrasonic, hand-held, 1-cup-size
“nebulizers”. I paid 19.95 at the time, which was about 2 years ago
now. To describe it, it looks like a cup, with a screw-on top, which
is a green flip-top on/off switch combo; you flip it open, it turns on
the super-fine fog, you snap it shut, it turns off. It has a small
wall wart power supply and comes with additional filters/wicks which
draw the CS up into the sonic vibration chamber.
I wonder if this is the unit someone said was discontinued…it works
like a champ and now I wish I’d gotten more of them.
Hope this description helps.

Trem,
I live in Decatur, Illinois and a chain called Family Drug has
nebulizers for around $50.00 + or -.
We have bought three and like them very much.
