When you are dealing with distilled water and testing pH then the diffrence
between acid water and alkaline distilled water is only in the amount of
hydrogen ions, if you have a lot more positive hydrogen ions than negative ones
then you have an acid, if there are more negative hydrogen ions you have an
alkaline. The advantage of alkaline water only comes from the extra electrons
that are in it. But your body also needs the extra protons to live.

adding the lemon juice to the water to make CS is probably not a good idea. Yuo
will be making various silver compounds then. Only way I know to make water
acid or alkaline without adding anythnig to it is with electricity. and if you
make the CS with electricity you are creating the alkaline water at one of the
electrodes and acid water at the other electrode.

Best way to verify much of that what you read is to get a cheap pH meter and
check it out yourself. adding lemon juice to distilled water to drink is great
but it makes the water acid which is also great, the body needs acid. lemons
have alkaline minerals in them and delivering an alkaline mineral to the body
in an acidic form is the best way. people always want everything alkaline but
the body wants acid too. Acid is a proton donor and protons are the source of
life force. so if you drink alkaline water all the time and eat everythnig
alkaline you also need to take in some acid to supply the body with protons.
People get sick, old and die due to lack of sufficient protons. And you get
protons from acid. Apple Cider vinegar, lemon juice, are a couple good ones to
get protons from.
