Kathelee If you want to change the final product to alkaline then get a 1/2 liter bottle and fill it with DW and then add 1/8 tsp of baking soda. That will be the solution that you add to your EIS. Add about a tsp of that mixture to a gallon of EIS and then measure with litmus paper that is available at most health food stores. Adjust the quantity added to get the pH that you want. "Ole Bob"
