Andy, read the Walgreen label. If it is a saline solution the chloride in it will precipitate the silver ions and it will be useless.
Just put the CS in each nostril and keep the head lower than the knees for several minutes and rotate it side to side to get the CS in all of the sinus cavities. It will sting alittle but not bad. "Ole Bob"
