Johathan, the book uses CombBind so ir lays out flat and I use Georgia Paficic 
copy paper 84 brightness and 20 pound weigth.
   
  It is the sullfide content in newsprint that makes it turn yellow with time. 
Bond paper is basically sulfide free.
   
  It should outlive you.
