Thanks. > I first noticed one bad place on one nail back in the early 90s. I really didn't think too much about that. In 1994 I became very ill with something. I felt terrible all the time, everything I ate caused extreme stomach pain and if it didn't cause pain, I would bloat under my rib section to the point where i thought I would explode. I started loosing my hair to the point of over half being gone. I went to several doctors and they didn't have a clue but one did give me medication. After taking those 6 weeks, I was in worse shape and by now everything I ate made me feel terrible in one way or another. (i quit those meds) I had seen a tape by george Malkmus of Hallalujah Acres so I dragged out my juicer and lived on that for months. I was working so saw a doctor my daughter was acquainted with to moniter me and give me an excuse for work when I couldn't go. Within 8 months all of my hair grew back and I could eat a little more of simple foods.... raw or steamed, some fruit et. By then the ridges were pretty much on all nails. My thumb nails look like cordaroy. The rest do not look as bad but the middle finger on right hand is pretty ridged. I then met some people that knew about RBTI (Dr Carey Reams). They told me about the digestive issue which went along with all of my problems. I am much, better but because I do not follow their dietary advice 100% of the time, I am so much better but still have some digestive issues. In other words...I'm not as disciplined as I should be.
