One could build these circuits from scratch relatively easy.

Either solid state relays or mechanical relays must have the capacity to
match the load with a decent safety factor.
Many people misunderstand electrical codes. Typically, this is the
absolute minimum that is safe and effective. Proper Design serves to
protect the investment in wiring and equipment.
Also, code books state, "This is not to be used as a design manual by
untrained people".
