I'm thinking more about the 60 hz line power that's being fed through the filaments to *make* them generate far infrared. Unless the elements are wound in a way to neutralize magnetic fields, an alternating 60 hz magnetic field will be generated. Any higher frequency noise on the line will also be superimposed on the magnetic field... thus my question about electromagnetic fields... Mike D.
