I read an article where they successfully produced and installed a prosthetic
(sp?) leg for a horse that lost one. I would think that this would at least
be attempted in a horse of such value. Ultimately the decision comes down to
the amount of suffering that the horse would have to endure. Some things are
just not worth it. MA
