The wording I have enlarged and put into italics below indicates to me it refers to an ongoing daily ingestion of CS, not a one day thing. If you suddenly ingest a largish amount of CS (for you, if "you" haven't been taking some daily), and get a herx, I still believe it would take place relatively quickly, and not two days later. Unless of course, you continued to ingest that same amount in those two days? Then it seems reasonable to suppose the die-off would keep increasing, possibly leading to a delayed herx.

But as Marshall stated, silver leaves the body quite quickly, so a one time ingestion of CS over the course of a day just would not be likely to stay in the body long enough to produce a herx after 2 days.

The reason for concern here, is if what happened was not a reaction due to die-off from a one time ingestion of CS, it is possible to cause further problems, by attributing the problem to the wrong cause.
just my two cents,

I had all of the classic herx symptoms, only more pronounced. According to the sources I've come across, the onset time frame varies and is dependent on many factors.

Time Frames
There is differing data on the timing of a Herxheimer reaction. Some data indicates that it usually occurs between four and 24 hours from the onset of treatment. Others note that between Day 3 and Day 5 of a treatment program is often when the reaction is most noticeable. What appears to be most accurate is that reaction times -- and indeed whether there will be any reaction at all -- are strictly dependent on the individual being treated. Duration of the reaction also varies widely, from an hour or a few hours to days or even a week.
