Many of the good foods are acid forming.  The key is Balance.
Find a few foods that you like that are alkalizing, and eat them regularly.

At the moment, my figs are ripe.  I eat 25 to 50 per day.
Figs are one of the most alkalizing food.  I use lemons every day.
