It's such a confusing subject, with such a large variation in
explanations.
Thanks so much for being so clear and complete!

Barefoot's book on coral calcium was pretty good, but you filled in
some important gaps on calcium also.

I've read Price's adventure of his world travels, and it changed my
diet ideas profoundly.
Do you have any reading list recommendations?
