My Dr.[whom I tend to believe ,due to changes in my body]told me that most
plastics that are used for food storage/packaging leach out chemicals that
mimic Estrogen.He agrees with me when I postulated that that could be one of
the main reasons why men,like me, begin to turn into women as we get
older;ie,large breasts,lower body enlargement,loss of libido,etc.He told me
that there is a link from high Estrogen to Gallstones,which I may have.This
is the only link the Med. profession has to the cause of G-stones.
I have always used glass to brew and store EIS and am in the process of
transfering any and all food-stuffs from plastic to glass or Pyrex when I
buy it.Meanwhile he has prescribed Testosterone for me.

Experts tell me that even dark glass jugs of distilled water, sold
specifically for scientific experiments, change in pH over time due to
leaching from the glass itself. Regardless of the label on the bottle,
researchers have to check the pH before experimenting. If the pH has
changed, there must have been something introduced to the water; what
exactly I don't know.
