Yeah, I have thought of that. We switched to organic milk and it helped to lessen her eczema outbreaks, but if it's still causing problems, then I guess I'll need to wean her off of it. She loves milk. She won't drink powdered milk unfortunately. The doctor gave us an order for blood work to test what she's allergic to, but I'm hesitant to do blood work on her, since she overreacts to simple pains. She's 3 years old.

So > far she seems fine. Have you looked into food allergies as an underlying cause? My son was a lot better after we got him off the cow.
