I recently helped a woman get relief from plantar fascitis using EFT (emotional freedom techniques). We did the session right over the phone. The pain was gone in about 5 min. You can download the free 80 page tutorial at emofree.com or if you want to learn it faster I teach the shortcuts. Microelectricity might help but I don't think CS would unless it was an infection.
