Subject: Re: CS>Planter Fasciitis (heel pain)
My husband was successful with two things - first, really good arch
supports. Wrapping an ace
bandage around the arch may help. The second thing, which he really
likes, is a special boot that
he wears to bed and when relaxing at home (NOT THE KIND OF BOOT YOU WALK
AROUND IN). I don't
remember where I found it, but I think it was about $70 on the internet.
He wore the boot for a
night or two, and the result was instantaneous. Also, there are exercises
that you can do - like
standing on your toes on the edge of a step, and dropping your heel down
below your toes (my
husband does this on the bottom step, so he doesn't have far to fall!).
Do a google search on
plantar fasciitis to understand what it really is, and you'll see why
physical manipulations like
these are successful. You'll also be able to find that boot online.

I recently helped a woman get relief from plantar fascitis using EFT
(emotional freedom
techniques). We did the session right over the phone. The pain was gone
in about 5 min. You can
download the free 80 page tutorial at emofree.com or if you want to learn
it faster I teach the
shortcuts. Microelectricity might help but I don't think CS would unless
it was an infection.

anyone have any
alternative methods to deal with this? CS or may Microelectricity?
Thanks for your time.
