Usually the hip going out of alignment causes a knee problem. If you stand in
front of a mirror and close your eyes for about ten seconds, then look at the
shoulders in the mirror you will see one shoulder higher than the other. This
usually means the hip is out of alignment. The first two web sites have free
exercises you can do for the hip. The last one has a book of exercises that are
well illustrated, the cost is $3.95.
