A toilet tank has an automatic water level control.
You could set that up with a big sheet of silver and stainless electrodes
running on a car battery charger or something.
Some of the new electronic feedback controlled chargers might be a good
thing.

Just install a spigot and open it to control 'flow through' at a given
desired PPM.
An activated charcoal filter and a reverse osmosis system makes 'pretty
good' water. [Use rain water? ]
I expect you could run CS though a misting sprinkler system to sterilize
an entire environment periodically.
Periodically injecting CS into that 'stream' might do something.
It would be handy to know how rotovirus is transmitted and work to break
that connection.
Mixing CS with cat food works on cats "OK", but I'd think that using it in
liquid form would work much better and take a lot less of it.
