I'm pretty sure it's a plasticky taste. It was worse the first couple of batches. I've tasted pure H2O at the Toronto Science Centre and it was dead tasting but really lacked any real taste. This has a definite unpleasant plastic taste. I've even tried adding some juice to it and the plastic taste comes through. Doris

Many people add some minerals such as "Concentrace Drops" to distilled water, if they use it for drinking, to make it taste "normal." Does anyone know how to change the taste so it's H2O? I filter it after with a charcoal filter and still yucky. I've cleaned it with vinegar and there is no buildup or anything. It's clean as a whistle. Will this taste eventually go away......... maybe after the 100th batch? Doris It's a Genesis 3000 --------------------------------- All new Yahoo!
