Hi, Jess, I have started on a probiotic recently. I forget the name of it.
It is from my chiropractor. Not sure I tolerate it well. Symptoms seem to
be worse, but that can be from other things, too. I have been using CS so
figured I need a probiotic. One trouble is that I am experiencing
difficulties with the CS. When I swish it in my mouth, my mouth gets
feeling very funny and sort of stiff. Also my digestive tract, the lower
area, seems to function even less well than usual . Wonder if CS is plating
out in my digestive tract . I did make the first two batches with the
medium setting on silvergen, 8-10 ppm. When I make the new batch this
afternoon will go to the 5 ppm. I know I am not taking enough to make much
difference and then there is the problem of absorption. Thanks, Ruth

What about if you took a good probiotic, might it help you tolerate raw
dairy better? Jess

Hi, Barbara, I would be interested in more information. Naturally, I want
to look into any possible leads away from surgery. Trouble is, I am
seriously milk intolerant, cant use yogurt. Did try homemade kefir from raw
goat's milk and got diarrhea. Maybe your information would address those
kinds of issues. Thanks, Ruth
