True, True. For the many people that do not have a current meter, and don't intend to learn to use one,

An LED and resistor will give a visual indication of the low current flow, or higher current, ...... enough to cause rejection of the water.

The CS Unit I use and make for friends ( Telephone Line powered ) contains a resistor and LED.

The eye can be trained to tell good water from bad simply by how bright the LED glows.

Too bright, bad water, junk it, or don't use it for CS.

By the way, I have a number of current meters and meter shunts.
I still use the LED for the purpose I described.
