Hi, I posted a comment yesterday, but I can't find it, and wonder if it was somehow eaten. I apologize if this is a duplicate.
I was googling for timeline tools and came across Brian Croxall's Timeline Tutorial, which I felt was brilliant and led me to Exhibit hosted at MIT which led me to Exhibit 3 over at www.simile-widgets.org. But I am curious, - Do most people seem to be using simile-widgets.org? - How stable is the code? - What is the split of languages needed to work with simile widgets and Exhibit? Is it 98% JavaScript? - Where can I find the best description of the scripting language or objects in the exhibit framework so that I can best write the code to present my data? Thanks!
