You can output JSON from SQL Server (different ways, including this<http://technology.amis.nl/2011/06/14/creating-json-document-straight-from-sql-query-using-listagg-and-with-clause/>), and therefore read it into Exhibit. I'm reading external json from a web service in my Exhibit, so I don't see a problem with SQL outputting into XML or Json and read into Exhibit. Example here: http://openhalton.ca/burlingtonparks/
